Weymouth’s shop vacancy rates are again, lower than the National Average, according to data collection company Springboard’s newly released figures for July 2015. Our vacancy rate of 7.8% fared well against other South West towns, such as Bournemouth, with 14.7%, and the National Average which stands at 9.8%.
